Refund policy

RETURNS -

  • We offer 10 days of hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  • Pick-up will be attempted once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
  • Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
  • Please share the package unboxing video for the wrong product / Missing item received.
  • Item purchased during the sale is non-returnable.
  • The customer has to self-ship the product to the following address if the pin code is out of the serviceable area with reverse logistics. (Note - Your courier cost does not exceed INR 200. We request you to self-ship the products by "Speed Post" as your courier service) We will credit Rs100 Money in your account for the shipping costs.

  • Don’t Accept if the package is tampered.

REFUND-

  • Once the product has been received in our warehouse we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria and a refund will be initiated.
  • The refund will be made in the shared bank account details and the amount will be transferred in 1-2 working days.
  • Please ensure that a photograph of the garment and its packaging is taken and sent via our WhatsApp link when handing the returned product to the courier.

 

EXCHANGES-

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer support team.
